  • When will my order ship?
    • Items that are in stock usually ship wihin 24 business hours. However, if an item is out of stock or there is not enough inventory to fulfill your order, the item(s) will be manufactured. Please allow for additional manufacturing time.
  • Where do you ship from?
    • Orders ship direclty from the manufacturer for best quality and shelf life. Order ship from: Elgin, IL; Redlands CA; Somerset NJ; Duluth, GA; and Dallas TX.
  • Where is my tracking?
    • You will receive an email to the address associated with your billing information with your tracking information when your order has shipped. Please make sure to check your Junk folder. If you created an account, you can also view you tracking by logging in. We send tracking to you as we receive it from the warehouse. Tracking may sometimes be delayed.
