Shipping & Delivery
Shipping to Continental United States only. Because we ship UPS or FedEx, we cannot ship to USPS PO Boxes. Items usually ship within 1-3 business days. However, if an item is out of stock or there is not enough inventory to fulfill your order, the item(s) will be manufactured. Please allow for additional manufacturing time. "Free Shipping" items will ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We reserve the right to change the shipping method, including to a freight carrier.
Returns & Replacements
All returns must have a prior Return Authorization number to be issued within 14 days of purchase. Product must be returned in original packaging and be in original condition. If an error occurred on our part (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect) the shipping charges for returning the product will be paid for by the manufacturer. Once the product is received back, it will be inspected by the manufacturer. If the inspection report corresponds to the reason for return, a refund will be issued. Products returned, inspected, and found to be without defect will incur a restocking fee of 25% with a $25 minimum and no freight credit will be issued. If you ordered an item in error, you will be responsible for return shipping; if product is received at the manufacturer in good condition there will be a refund, less a restocking fee issued. Shipments must have each box marked clearly indicating the RGA number. Rhinolabel.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered. Rhinolabel.com is not responsible for incorrect orders place by the customer. If an incorrect shipping address is entered or the shipment is refused at the destination, and the item is returned automatically by the carrier, a refund will be issued automatically less a restocking fee.
